The legal guarantee is the seller’s statutory responsibility when goods do not conform to the contract.
It is separate from any optional commercial warranty offered by a seller or maker. The legal remedy and time limits come from the law that applies to the sale.
Describe the goods accurately and keep the listing record. Natural features disclosed before sale are different from undisclosed damage or a wrong item.
