A business buyer purchases for a trade, craft or professional activity rather than as a consumer.
Consumer cancellation and guarantee rules may not apply in the same way to a business purchase. The contract, invoice and intended use help establish the role.
A small studio can still be a business buyer. Company size does not decide the legal category.
