Insect or fungal activity
This label records signs of wood-boring insects or fungi and whether activity may still be present.
Holes, frass, tunnels, staining or soft tissue can have different causes. Old inactive marks and a current infestation need different responses.
Ask what was observed and whether treatment or isolation is needed before bringing the slab into a workshop.
