KORENA Care is food-safe care for wooden cutting boards, butcher blocks, bowls, spoons and unfinished or oiled worktops. Start with KORENA Oil, a 100% purified, pharmaceutical-grade white mineral oil that soaks into the wood and helps prevent drying and cracking. It is odourless and tasteless, and unlike olive or sunflower oil, it does not go rancid. Follow with KORENA Butter, a balm of 80% mineral oil and 20% yellow beeswax, for a water-resistant finish and a soft satin sheen. Both are food safe, with no added fragrance or colour. Oil a board once a month, or whenever it looks pale or dry, then add a thin layer of Butter. Choose them separately, or together in KORENA Set, a gift box with both.
