Cutting board

A cutting board is a small prepared board used for cutting or serving food.

It is a finished kitchen object, not the same product as a rough board or slab. Grain orientation, glue and finish all affect use.

Food-contact claims should apply to the complete product and its finish. Follow the maker’s washing and maintenance advice.
