KORENA is a trade name and brand operated by "Маршъл Лабс" ЕООД. Buyers contract with "Маршъл Лабс" ЕООД trading as KORENA.

2. Contact

All channels currently route to a single monitored mailbox (office@korena.eu). Topic prefixes in the subject line help us route internally, e.g., [Privacy], [Accessibility], [EUDR], [DSA SPOC], [Returns], [Security].

3. Payment processing

Customer payments on korena.eu are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland, regulated by Central Bank of Ireland), with data routed to Stripe Inc. (US) for fraud detection under Stripe's Data Processing Addendum. As a US-based payment processor, Stripe is also subject to US OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions screening; an order may be declined if any party is on a US-sanctions list. Refunds for non-conformity claims or cancellations are credited via Stripe to the original payment method.

4. Supervisory and oversight authorities

The following Bulgarian and EU bodies have oversight of activities relevant to this website. Buyers may contact them directly with complaints if they do not wish to engage with us first or if our internal handling has not resolved the matter.

5. EU online dispute resolution (ODR) and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on consumer ODR, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. EU consumers who have entered into an online sales contract with us may use the platform to raise a dispute:

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
KORENA is not currently bound by, and has not voluntarily committed to, any specific ADR body. Bulgarian Consumers may file a complaint with the Conciliation Commission for Consumer Disputes (Помирителна комисия за потребителски спорове) at the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП), Sofia, on their own initiative. Where KORENA voluntarily designates an ADR body in future, this notice will be updated.

We will attempt to resolve consumer complaints directly via office@korena.eu in good faith before any escalation.

6. Editorial responsibility

Editorial responsibility for the content of korena.eu rests with:

7. Professional regulation

"Маршъл Лабс" ЕООД is not subject to a professional chamber, professional title, or sector-specific regulator beyond the general commercial regulators listed in Section 4. Should this change (e.g., on registration as an EUDR trader or operator under EU Regulation 2023/1115, or on EUDR import activities), this notice will be updated.

9. Sanctions compliance

"Маршъл Лабс" ЕООД screens its supply chain and customer base against EU and UN sanctions lists (Council Regulation 269/2014 and its amendments and successors). In addition, as payments are processed via Stripe, customers are subject to screening against US OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions lists. KORENA does not transact with persons, entities, or destinations subject to applicable sanctions under EU, UN, or US law.
