Questions from timber yards and woodworkers
KORENA is a European online marketplace where timber yards and woodworkers sell slabs and finished wood pieces. Partners pay no fees, set their own net price, list from the free KORENA Partner app, and are paid 7 days after shipment. Every piece stays the partner's and can be sold elsewhere.
Can I still sell my pieces elsewhere?
Yes. Every piece stays yours. Sell it anywhere you like; when it sells, mark it sold in the app and it leaves KORENA.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No listing fee, no subscription. You set a net price per piece and are paid exactly that. KORENA sells at its own price above it.
When do I get paid?
Seven days after the piece ships. The buyer's payment is secured before you ship anything.
Do I have to write or translate the listing?
No. Take the photos and write a few lines in your own language. We write the full page and publish it in all 24 EU languages.
Who handles shipping?
We do. We book and track the courier or pallet freight. You pack the piece and hand it over at your yard or workshop.
Which phone do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 16 or later, or an Android phone with Android 8 or later. The KORENA Partner app is free; you sign in once we approve your application.
